Why can't members submit - if so, why is there no submit button?

That's weird...sorry still working on all the home page and admins stuff.

I think you need to go to the pic you want to submit, scroll down and click the button on the right that says "+ Add to a Group" then choose this group. Sorry, I'll try to fix this.
